ANC trails remain closed to roller skiing, walking and running. We continue to make snow and will open as soon as we can – aiming for Saturday, 12/2. Thank you for your patience.

The ANC trails remain closed to rollerskiing, walking and running. The very small amount of wet snow followed by cold temps and high winds left the asphalt with snow covered areas, and icy patches. We continue to make snow and will open as soon as we can.
Thank you for your patience.

Ariens Nordic center is receiving snow this am. The rollerski trails are not cleaned off for roller skiing. Walking and running will be suspended at this time as well. We are continuing to make snow and the trailhead will be open for Christmas Tree sales , retail sales and pass sales. Get your tree and a seasonal pass discount for a Christmas gift.
Stay tuned for trail condition updates here.

Snowmaking has begun at ANC. Currently Mammoth and Hotshot are closed. Strong winds last night blew some snow onto the stadium as well as part of Slingshot. Winds are supposed to die down after 8 AM and will attempt to sweep the dusting of snow off the trail so roller skiing can still take place. Thank you for your patience. We look forward to a great ski season. Don’t forget to get your season passes at a discount through November 30th.

11/17/2023

We look forward to cold temperatures arriving later next week (week of 11/20). We will start making snow when wet bulb temperatures are below 28 for 8 hours. Continue to watch here and social channels for updates.
