Alissa Beyer

Senior Director, Hospitality

Alissa transitioned to the AriensCo Hospitality team after spending 15 years in Human Resources. With her seasoned background in Human Resources, she leverages her experience with leadership, organizational design/efficiency, relationship building, and talent management to grow the AriensCo Hospitality business, brand, and team.  She is excited to support the growth of Round Lake Farms, Stone Prairie, and the AriensCo Museum as premier venue spaces for private, professional, and public events.  Outside of work, Alissa enjoys spending time with husband, Troy, and 2 sons, cheering kids at their sporting events, and traveling as much as possible.

Kristin Vanden Wymelenberg

Executive Chef

Kristin is a highly skilled Executive Chef with 15+ years of culinary experience, specializing in fine dining experiences. Known for innovative menu development, she successfully led kitchen teams at fine dining restaurants in the Fox Valley area, as well as the Executive Chef at her own private catering business. With a passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and a commitment to excellence, Kristin continues to elevate both large and small dining experiences and inspire culinary creativity. Outside of the kitchen, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, Nathan, and their 4 daughters as well as trips to visit family in Upper Michigan.

Tony McNamara

Senior Manager, Service & Operations

With a strong foundation in talent acquisition, Tony made a dynamic shift into the hospitality industry, bringing a people-first mindset and operational expertise to the forefront. Now leading hospitality service and operations, Tony combines a passion for guest experience with strategic leadership to drive service excellence, team performance, and operational efficiency across the board. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Clarissa and daughter, as well as playing in a local band.

Jillian Reynolds

Senior Event Manager

Jillian grew up with a love for events. In college, she began her career in the event industry helping brides turn their wedding dreams into reality. In 2020, she turned her focus to Event Operations working for a venue in Green Bay. In her role with AriensCo Hospitality, she is able to use her passion for planning to ensure a wonderful and exciting client and guest experience.  In her free time, Jillian enjoys spending time with her husband Evan, trying out new recipes, and all things fall, especially college football.

Olivia Bogan

Event Manager

Olivia was introduced to the world of events while attending school at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Upon graduation, she joined the AriensCo Hospitality team, focusing on weddings. Olivia grew up in a small town, so she is excited to see the innovation and state of the art facilities that AriensCo offers to the Brillion community and beyond. In her free time, Olivia enjoys going for runs, golfing, boating, and traveling. She loves spending time with her family and her husband, Drew.

Sarah Sandona

Event Manager

Sarah has always had a passion for creating meaningful and memorable experiences, making a career in events a natural fit. After earning her degree from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, she joined the AriensCo Hospitality team, where she works closely with clients to bring their event visions to life. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys quality time with family and friends. She especially loves heading up north to spend time on the water or sharing her love of dance through teaching.
