Open Range Plus is available to those who are Ariens Nordic Center Biathlon Rifle Safety Certified and desire range practice with a .22 caliber rifle provided by Ariens Nordic Center. Open Range Plus includes a precision .22 Caliber CZ Rifles, 1 box of ammo (50 rounds), two sheets of target paper, use of biathlon mat and scope.

Cost:

$30/person
$50/person one-time rifle fitting

Requirements:

  • Active U.S. Biathlon Member
  • Ariens Nordic Center Biathlon Rifle Safety Certified
  • 12 years of age or older
  • Minors must exhibit mature behavior
  • Minors must always be accompanied by an adult parent/guardian at the range
  • All participants must sign safety waiver
  • Use of range and equipment is restricted unless in the presence of an authorized Range Marshal

Non-biathlon shooting is not permitted at Ariens Nordic Center

Verify your U.S. Biathlon Membership and U.S. Biathlon Basic Rifle Safety Certification Credentials with Ariens Nordic Center, please complete the U.S. Biathlon Verification Form.

Once a profile is created and U.S. Biathlon Verification Form is submitted, Ariens Nordic Center will contact you within two business days to grant access to the registration portal. To register, login to your Ariens Nordic Center profile and select available Open Range Plus sessions.
