Round Lake Farms at Ariens Nordic Center

NEW this winter season! The Tiller will open Friday through Sunday beginning Friday, January 5, 2024.

The Tiller menu will offer heavy appetizers, featured entrées, and dessert. Each week’s menu will provide a new offering. Full bar is available. Menus will be published in advance.

Bar Hours:
Friday – Sunday from 5 PM to 9 PM

Meet Chef Damon Warbelton

Chef Damon Warbelton is recognized as an innovative and passionate chef who brings over 15 years of culinary expertise and creative flair to the kitchen. The chef has comprehensive knowledge of local Midwest cuisine and developed his signature style of upscale comfort food by preparing thoughtful, traditional meals that dazzle.

Warbelton’s culinary journey began at a young age with his father in their family kitchen. His curiosity about flavors and ingredients quickly grew into his desire to become a chef. His love to curate unique dining experiences has evolved, including pop-up dinners, multi-course dinners, and large-scale 600+ person dining events.

Equal to his passion for food is the guest experience. He seeks the finest products to fully prepare in-house by locally sourcing produce, meats, and key ingredients that are sure to impress.

Besides his work in the kitchen, his greatest reward is developing youth culinarians to discover their own talents. Whether it be hands-on application, advanced training, or personal development, he believes wholeheartedly in staying active, continuously learning, and always having fun.
