Around the World Dinner Series – Spring Night
Join us for additional Around the World Series at Round Lake Farms
Chef Damon will feature cuisines from Latin America to the Mediterranean, offering an appetizer, entrée and dessert.
Doors open at 5:00pm for Cash Bar, and Dinner will start at 6:00pm.
$40/Person +
Menu:
- Starter: Asparagus, Burrata and Prosciutto Crostini, Grilled Bread, asparagus spears, creamy burrata and crisp prosciutto. **(Dry Creek Vineyard, Sauvignon Blanc 2020)
- Soup: A smooth soup made from fresh watercress and potatoes, cream, and garnished with watercress leaves. **(Cucumber-Lime Infused Gin and Tonic)
- Entrée: Oven-roasted chicken breast garlic and rosemary compound butter, spring pea risotto, roasted leeks, shaved parmesan, finished herb oil. **(Decoy Pinot Noir 2019)
- Dessert: A sweet and tangy strawberry-rhubarb tart filled with lemon custard and garnished with fresh mint and powdered sugar. **(Strawberry-Rhubarb Spritz)
